Basket case, revs its legumes off when started (bmw k75 90)

I know there is good tech know -how here ,so I will ask.
Im building a basket case and just got to starting her up.

Throttle is closed choke is off at the throttle bodies also.
When I start it the bike. it revs right up and I have to switch it off. all suggestions please as this could be anything.
and I dont sprechen sie deutsch.

 

soz D.D. Its throttle bodies, the first time it started it didnt do it and it was only after I opened the throttle it did it , now it does it every time.
It builds steadily, takes about 5 seconds from start to red line, always starts, and always does it.
throttle rail is at rest the whole time and choke is too. Think I will need to remove air box and, as you say clean and lub butterflies.
