Well peeps I am back home from Northern Ireland. And this time really glad. Spent a week there and stayed in the most idyllic cottage in Coleraine that was the highlight. But went there in the howling rain and wind. Coming back we were saturated yesterday so heavy it was dangerous. Travelling along the M6 AND M40 doing no more than 40 miles an hour. Was soaked miserable and could not see my hand in front of me. I had to stop at Warwick services and ask my Wife to bring me dry clothes at midnight yesterday. But we had a couple of nice days and took some pictures that I may post later. Joe.
So glad you made it home safe and sound, Joe. It sounds like you took a beating with the rain and wind. As Vulpes said, and as you've said, your Tracy is definitely a star! We'd love to see some photos if you care to post a few, thanks.
We have had it bad in these parts for a good few days now with not much let up, fair play to you Joe. I got a little window to do DGR 2021 (solo rides only due to the "you know what").
Good for you for getting out there to ride and fund-raise for DGR, @XCaTel! What a wonderful video. You certainly "made lemonade out of lemons".
Smilinjack So true. You know i can't ever remember being out in such weather. But may have another crack next year.
Sandi T Thanks allot. She is a real star in my world. That's at any time. We had a couple of days that was good so I got to sort out the picture and I will load a couple.
SprintDave Thanks Mate. Yes she is a real gem is Tracy. Drove all that way not even a moan. And made me tea and sandwich's when we got home. And thinking about it now. The idiot I am i should have just booked in to one of the services.
