Apparently there is an auxillary plug under the tank on the Bonneville T100 you can use for accessories such as heated grips. Is this right? I have seen a small plug with two wires. If this is an auxillary plug can I buy the relevant connector to wire some heated grips in.

    Thanks

    Can you see the plug?

Yes I can see it. It is a two pin connector block the two wires are I think black and purple. I may have to remove or lift the tank to get at it properly but I have been led to believe it is an accessory socket.

If this plug has it's contacts set at 90 degrees to each other, then that is designed to plug into the back of motorbike accessory socket which then gets fitted to the bike. Your charger will need a matching plug of course.
