I think ive been a bit stupid though ive bought 2 2016 arrow end cans without the arrow link pipe thinking that they would just slip on the standard link pipe will they actually fit ? also ive just noticed that the baffles are fixed and dont look like they can be removed is there a way to get they out without butchering them i just wish i would of looked into this first
    cheers in advance gaz

Not sure I can help you with the link pipe, but as someone posted on here not so long ago, the baffels can be removed.
You have to drill the rivets out to remove the end cap. Then grind the weld from around the baffle, it doesn't look to difficult.

Those slip on pipes should just "slip on" to the existing Triumph pipe. The only advantage to buying the full system would have been the lack of the catalytic converter. You should be just fine. Let us know, OK?

Hmm I'm not so sure, when I had my 2015 speedy, I had the Arrows, and they gave me the original pipes and link pipe back. If they were the same, cant see why they would remove the original.
    Could be wrong though!

To charge you £100 more for £10 of steel :D

If it comes in the Arrow kit then may as well fit it

I'm sure SC's fit onto standard pipes so fingers crossed
