Anyone recognise an eBay scammer?

I've been chasing after one of these vans for about 9 months at the right spec and price but this truly must be a scammer as I always check out the backgrounds before I buy.

i had a look at his feedback comments as a seller 2 for cars the rest for non car related stuff? all the vehicles he sells look suspiciously cheap to me

All the vehicles look like good prices but the 2008 Defender 110 at £5k+ is just toooooo cheap - more like £10-12K.

Fifteen vehicles for sale, last activity may 2016 as a seller. 13 years on eBay with 143 score. All ads on classifieds started at the weekend when banks shut and only deposits taken. No vehicles with local regs. All very affordable with unbelievable price tags???? Wtf???
All it takes is one item for sale so cheap hundreds reply by throwing deposits at it. No one gets the chance to buy but seller is very wealthy just on deposits and that's just one car!!
I emailed him today I'll buy in full at 9am in the morning, strange but he doesn't want a sale!
I had a glimpse of the same van at the start of the week but it was withdrawn so fast I couldn't find it till now so it's also done another 'weekend scam'

Got an email back from the seller who is not in skipton but Northern Ireland due to work commitments and will ship it at their costs??! Really? Oh and they stated that they work fully within eBay rules. Oh I'm save then!
