Today I had an intense sunday. First a morning run at 2 degrees Celsius and fog. Then cleaning and care of my Bonnie in the garage. Afterwards a delicious breakfast. Since in the meantime the sun had come out, nothing kept me at home. Therefore, I got my Honda out of the garage and made a 4-hour ride in the foothills of the Alps. The temperatures were between 5 and 12 degrees. The autumn weather was wonderful. At about 700 m above sea level I have me on the Teichalm overlooking a mountain lake a coffee with an Austrian specialty, a "Cremeschnitte", creamy vanilla and pudding filling between two thin pieces of puff pastry.:yum
Back home I warmed myself on my exercise bike and did 30 km.
After that I ended my activities. Now I'm watching the formula 1 race with a cup of tea.;)
In the following some impressions of the Teichalm.

@Dawsy: You are right. The cold weather and my sport sessions burned the cake instantly.;)
