After Market Footpegs

I'm currently investigating alternatives for my Street Twin.

Due to my arthritis I have to stand on the rider peg to swing my right leg over the saddle. In wet weather my foot usually slides straight off the stock rubber peg, so I'm looking for a metal off road type. It's a pity the ones for the Scrambler are not a straight swap.

British Customs do an adapter which enables any of their pegs to fit all of the Bonnie and Modern Classics range, so is one I'm considering. I've just emailed them for a recommendation from their range. Two from their range have that 'scrambler' style that would go with the scramblerised look of my bike. That said Triumph do grippy aluminium ones for half the price, and of course I can get a discount on that as I work at a dealership.

I guess I'll go the cheap route.

Typical. So gotta factor in the cost of oak veneer or vinyl wrap, and glue.

 

The price of customization! jeez! What do you want for the money?? These little beauties are adjustable and universal fit so when you buy another bike you can take them with you.
