Played about tonight and tried "comfort" spec suspension settings. Feels really good tbh. Not too soggy at all and certainly not as uncomfortable as in firm or hard settings.
Think I'll leave it like that for now as local roads are shocking here

It all feels pretty hard to me, I put the rear preload softer again too.

Chris, I've recently been to John at Alpha Suspension in Morley Leeds. Best £30 I've spent on my bikes.

Hi ChrisT70. I'd be keen to try the comfort setting too. How did you do it and was it simple to do... or a bit of a faff?

Was spot on after softening everything off. Can't see me going back to stock

Fab. Sounds like you've got it sorted. How much did you need to adjust it by and how did you do it?

I just wound everything off to the settings I found for comfort
Some of the adjustment doesn't quite go as far as it's supposed to but it basically goes to almost the softest setting

I've been thinking of doing this since I happened across that section of the manual at the weekend. When you talk about comfort settings I presume you mean the settings list in the manual: 6.5 turns for rebound damping on the front for example?

Try as I might to avoid it but I spend 90% of my time on city roads so it seems like a good move.
