Hello and thank any of you who might help me in the future , i am a possibly proud owner of a 04 daytona 600, my first triumph. previously tooled around on a gsxr 1000 ,and 600 i found them to be quite easy to work on and parts were in abundance. so far the triumph has been easy but the parts not so abundant.
i purchased the bike for 1400 american dollars and i was just wandering if i got a good deal , with the bike having 32xxx miles and it being a stolen/recovery, i am just now trying to keep the bike running , found out that the fuel pump dosent work through the bike so i am going to put it on a direct switch or might there be any easier way ?

Hi and welcome to the forum, I'm guessing where you are a lot depends on how good your local dealer is.

Also if you going to play around with the pump just be careful as the plastic elbow that run from the tank have a nasty habit of breaking if your not careful.

    Cheers

    Steve
