A Good Afternoon

Today's high only 89, winds only 15-20 mph. This kind of awesome weather is rare indeed here for July. Thought I better enjoy it. Told my employer im taking the afternoon off. Hit the road about 12:30ish and headed north with a tailwind. Got home parked the bike in the garage, drank a sixteen once water first, then grabbed a beer and set down in a chair. Looked at the clock and it was only 6:00 pm. So what did I accomplish in that time. Spent 20-30 minutes fetching bonbons for the wife, fueled my bike twice, went to the bathroom twice, 5 hydration/smoke/fuel/rest breaks and cranked out 324 miles of riding. Between 75-90 for the most part on my naked bike. Good news is I am now just 50 miles short of the end of the break in period and can find out what the street triple RS can do. A 75 mph breakfast run over to an Amish community tomorrow will fix that. Rumspringa waitress a bonus.
