    Hi Guys,
Day off today and the family are out....so motorbike time for me!
Whilst looking into other issues I've noticed that the coolant is a bit low.
I will get around to a proper flush and refill at some point soon, but for now I'd like to just top it up.
I have some silicate anti-freeze and coolant, ethylene glycol Halfords own brand, blue in colour (the current coolant is also blue).
As usual with internet searches there's no definitive answer as to if it's suitable to use....
....however I trust the people on here to point me in the right direction!
Is this stuff ok, or do I need non-silicate or not ethylene glycol based coolant??..

You will be fine with the blue stuff most will mix with no problems, there is a lot of misinformation talked about antifreeze.
