Well after my crash after only 2 days ownership and weeks of scouring Internet for parts, she's finally getting to how I want her. Sprayed wheels with my fav color I'm not very good at spraying but came out ok'ish, just wanted to see how she would look and will get wheels done professionally in the winter but she'll do for now
Chipmiester. Welcome if I have not said that already if I have welcome to the Family. Beastie is looking good. And like I have said here a few times. As long as you are good. Bikes can be repaired replaced or scrapped. But the body is harder to repair sometimes. God Bless Joe
Thanks Joe, yeh beast is getting their and love riding it, struggle with gearbox a bit as can't get lever where I want it either too high or too low but getting use to it. Def bikes can be rebuilt and I was lucky just to get a bit of bruising oh and get knocked out for ten mins although not a mark on helmet which is strange. But in one piece and grateful for that
It's not that strange to get knocked out and have no marks on the helmet, your body slams into something hard at speed and stops, your head weighted with a helmet continues to move and whips about, brain hits inside of scull and out you go, no contact for helmet with anything at speed, you are unconscious and still/stationery when head and helmet come to rest. Been there and done just that !!
Yeh prob right all the bruising was chest and back and even though it was a couple of months ago my chest still hurts when I sneeze. Just thankful I didn't hit the telegraph pole I was heading for, now that would of hurt lol
