Thruxton 900 Carb Model Tank Fixings

Does anyone know what the 2 fixing bolts at the back of the tank screw into on the frame?

Are they into captive nuts or threaded holes in the frame?

I've had the bolts out today to raise the tank slightly to run some wiring for new twin horns and on reassembly one of the bolts is just spinning and not tightening.

Be grateful for any advice.

Only a guess but i would sat they are threaded. One of the more intelligent inmates will be along shortly.

Think it’s a thread the bolt tightens into. My front fixing just spins now. Gonna Re tap it to fit bigger bolt. Beware the side panels fixings into the tank, the captive nuts come loose and spin very easily if over tightened.
