Hi, I am the satisfied owner of a new 2020 T100. I am incredibly pleased with it and have resisted the urge to tinker with it. It is fast enough/loud enough/pretty enough as it is for me. My only gripe is slight throttle snatch at low speeds - 2nd gear, roundabout, throttle rolled off - I try and roll it back on and it’s a little grabby. I just put it down to a lack of riding talent on my part (this is my first bike without a cable and carbs). I see that the throttle spacers for the Thruxton and models with the 7/8” bars don’t fit the T100. Is this because the same problem doesn’t exist on the T100? If this is simply a characteristic I need to live with, I most certainly can but I’d be interested to hear your thoughts. Many Thanks, Sean
Sean N Welcome to the family. Do hit the upload a file button and show the inmates your steed. As for the throttle response may just need to settle down. Also if its a 2020 bike get the dealer to test ride it and reset the map if needed. Have you done any alterations to the bike. Joe
Hi and thanks - I’ll do that Joe. 500 mile service on Thursday so I’ll ask the question. No mods beyond a few aesthetic additions like the tank badge, bar end mirrors etc. I really am very impressed so far. Looking forward to some longer rides next year.
