2018 Bonneville Speedmaster Into Chopper

Hello everyone, would it be stupid to turn my 2018 triumph Bonneville Speedmaster into a chopper look? What difficulties would I face? How would I cut down all the electrical wiring? Would it throw my ride off balance? Would it be difficult to put in a manual kick start? Just curious.
