So i noticed my rear brake pedal is way to high and is causing some discomfort on long rides (the best kind)

I would like to lower the pedal so i went looking online but i found 2 ways to adjust the pedal. one by just turning the top nut underneath the rubber skirt, the other by removing the master cilinder and rotating the clevis assembly.

So which one is it for this bike? I'm a little hesitant to just start wrenching and hoping for the best :-D

So glad it isn't just me wondering this
My brake pedal is also too high and solid, like absolutely no movement before the braking.
I did look to adjust it but stopped when I realises the short black skirt/cover over the nut prevented the spanner from getting anywhere near.
It would be a lot more comfortable if the pedal was an inch lower.

On the 16 STR you can crack off the lower lock nut and just remove the clip and pin from the clevis to adjust it :)

Yeah i tried that, getting the pin out and all that is easy but the rear of the pedal is in the way when trying to turn the clevis.
