2014 Thunderbird Lt Abs 1700 Butterfly Exhaust Cable Adjustment

After doing a LOT of research & not finding an answer I could get to work thought I would create a new thread .

I have a "P1080 Exhaust control valve actuator" error and cel. The actual valve moves freely and the bike only has a couple thousand total miles on it so I believe the cables simply need to be adjusted.

I have the standard tuneECU android ver 5.5.58 & BAFX3127 Bluetoth obd reader. It allows for a test of it but nothing else I can find. When I run it the valve just cycles . I can clear the code but it takes a few times to actually clear the CEL.The closest I have found information for is the daytona 675r but its not the same. Can someone please tell me how to adjust for the LT?
