Today i had my triple stall when changing down, closing throttle revs dropped and it cut out. Luckily i was in town and managed to coast to a halt. No problem to start up again, but then i had same issue a few minutes later. All this happened when the bike was warmed up. Can anyone help, is this a known problem and is there easy solutions. Bike is under warranty still. TIA

Hi, if the the bike is under warranty then let the dealer have it. A very similar thing happened to my Tiger 800 and it turned out to be a faulty stepper motor......that would be my best guess

Never mess about with them if they are under warranty, you could make the problem worse and they wont fix it if they know you have messed about

Thank you. I had no intention of messing about with it tbh. I only ask so I have a little background history of any known issues, don't want to be fobbed off when I put my bike to get repaired. Cheers

    Hi Triple.ryda
What was the problem with your bike? Did you have to take it to a garage? Who did you use? Asking because my 955i keeps dying on me when I close the throttle and have to wait for 20 mins before it will restart other then that its fine.
