2012 Speed Triple R Suspension Settings

Just got back from a ride and decided to put suspension back to the factory settings, no preload on forks and compression/damping at min settings, which could be after the seals were replaced b4 I could test ride it on Thursday.
However. the rear shock was also on min too, so previous owner may have set it all like that.
I'm 12 stone 8 pounds, can anyone recommend any better starting point please?
