Hi everyone, I'm looking to join Triumph owners and found this bike I'm thinking of buying. My only worry is the ticking noise. Some search results suggest that it's normal for Triumphs but I'd still like to ask if anyone could have a quick look at this video and tell me what you think please: Much appreciated
Sounds like a Street Trip to me. The ticking is possibly/probably the fuel injectors. Just noticed the mileage - make sure it's had the valve shim checks/adjustments done - if not, they may be partly to blame for some of the noise.
