I'm a Newbie; proud owner of a 2011 Speed Triple. I've owned her for just over a year and pondering a few modifications. I thought I'd take a look around and see what people are talking about to get a few ideas. She's relatively standard, abs, tail tidy, a few bungs to avoid the slow speed drop.......any ideas very welcome, I feel like treating her for her 10 year anniversary!

    Remove the rear pegs
    Some bar end mirrors
Nice low boy exhaust or some Arrows if you want to stay with the twin under seat ones.

Welcome to the forum. Some fun, cheap, and reversible mods I enjoy are a change of sprockets for more acceleration, less top speed and a quick action throttle tube for more immediate response :)

Lighter cans (especially a lowboy) and a lithium battery will make it surprisingly more agile

    HORN!!

The standard fitted mouse fart of a horn won't wake any dozy driver from their slumber at their cage wheel

Please for the love of safety fit a decent 120Db air horn, Denali and Screaming Banshee are good names

Greetings, Herbacious, and welcome to the forum! Your Speed Triple is a beauty! I'm a Speedy owner, too (2019 RS in white). I agree with the recommendations on removing the rear pegs and getting some bar end mirrors. My bike came stock with Arrows and I like them a lot and don't plan to replace them. I can't speak to the air horn as I don't have one but I may not be considering one myself!

I would add doing a tail tidy and perhaps checking out the PowerBronze wind screen (mine is Dark Smoke). Looking forward to hearing what you decide to do and to seeing more photos!
