2005 Speed Triple 1050 engine cutting out

Hi all,

New member and newly proud owner of a 2005 Speed Triple. This morning on my way to work the engine suddenly started cutting out whilst decelerating and at low speeds. Throttle response seemed to be laggy and disengaging the clutch in would cutout the engine. This happened around 5 times in about 10 miles.

I've only had the bike a week and first couple of rides I didn't have any issues. Only thing I can think of at the moment is that I refuelled about 10mins before the issues started, so maybe dodgy petrol? Anyone have previous experience with this issue?

I'm in the same boat at the moment. Bought a Sprint 1050 a few weeks ago, fine the first few rides, but now cutting out instead of going to idle once its warmed up. Figured I'd try a service first.
