1997 Speed Triple Valve Cover Bolts Torque Spec.

New member here - and the new owner of a 1997 T509
Picked up this bike cheap, partially disassembled and am putting it back together now, but haven't had a chance to order a manual for it.

Can anyone tell me the torque spec for these cam cover cap bolts?

I also need a spark plug socket as I just discovered my regular socket won't fit - what size is that socket?

Once the plugs have been checked and the cap bolts tightened down I can finish putting it back together and see if/how she runs!
