1971 T120 Oif Rear Wheel

    Just changed tyre and replaced rear wheel.

    Didn't take phots before taking off, so have no reference. (Schoolboy error I know).

    Have mounted it as per manual but when tightening up spindle it's pulled swing arm in by about 4mm. Wheel is running free, without any play.

    I have about 5mm of thread showing on spindle, (see phots).

    The only external spacer is on the speedo mech.

    I feel like I'm missing another spacer?

    Or is this normal.

    It's a 1971 oif T120

    4mm doesnt seem like a lot. im away from the house. but as i recall there isnt one on the left and the two on the right just sandwich the speedo drive assembly

    have you downloaded tbe 72 parts book?

    just noticed theres a 71 parts book there too

    the wheels should be the same, but the rocker boxes and i believe the seat hinges changed between 71 and 72. little stuff. the frame too but i think it still takes the same bolt-on parts
