15 Speed R - Suspension Advice Required

2015 Speed Triple R, 6K miles.

A year or so ago I had the suspension set-up at Alpha Suspension. Bike had done about 2K miles, sag was set up & I'm the same weight now.
Riding tonight I thought the front forks felt harsh. Every bump seemed to jar.
Before I email Alpha I though I might have a play about myself.
How do I smooth it out & rid it of the harshness - a little less compression damping?
