I have a 2003 speed four that Sat over a year I’m trying to get running again. Gave it new spark plugs, a battery, and 4 quarts of oil but it won’t start. It tried turning over a little but would fire up, now I get nothing when I try. the dash says oil low but I thought 4 quarts was their capacity unless I’m mistaken. any ideas would be appreciated!
