It turns out that it was the main jet. Renewed with genuine part although it is very slightly misfiring on low revs. Nothing to get too concerned...
All went well. New main jet sorted the misfiring. Think that I am going strip it all down in the late autumn and renew all jets etc in readiness...

Small issue that's sprung to mind. The bike seems to struggle to tick over when cold. Fine when warmed up but any ideas anyone?
