Sorry Bazza, yes i'm so used to calling the 68 a bottom feed as in cable and the later 69 on, top feeds.
Sports mans bet its 8", 68 Daytona had 8" but the C did not twin leader until 69 in 7" i believe, i have never seen a 7" twin leader with bottom feed.
Looking at the gap above the lug that secures on the fork leg its an 8"
That is the first type 68 only, 69 on they changed it to top pull
You could strip the paint off the outer edge of the brake plate and polish it and leave the rest painted for a better look.

Re paint as you will never do a blow in as the paint around the blow in will just get darker as you try and cover the bare area.

69 T120 should be pos earth from the factory and it was red. The neg feed wire is brown/blue with a fuse, so yes use the green wire going to earth...
