If you have a cable you can down load Tune ECU and check for yourself... If it can read the ECU it's not tamper proof.... All it will mean is you...

I have a 2013 speed and can confirm the ECU is not tamper proof.. Your bike is basically a 2011-12 bike.. The tamper proof ECU is only on new...
