Dear fellow-riders! My name is Daniel, I live in a rather small town near Frankfurt/Main. We have great biking-roads around here; they come in all varieties: picturesque, twisty and 'Autobahn' of course.. So there's a course to chart for every mood. Currently, my 4th Triumph is awaiting its registration at the dealer. A Bonneville T120 in Cranberry/Silver. As you can imagine, I spend too much time drooling on the floor around my new precious Well I am looking forward to lots of interesting and informative hours here in the forum together with you. For now: Merry Christmas to everyone and for those who ride: dry and saltfree roads. Cheers, Daniel
Hello Crispey, no, fortunately not, we just decided to register it in January, so it says 2017 in the papers... But those will be two hard weeks anyway...
Welcome buddy . I would go bonkers waiting around for my bike . All the best with the new purchase and please don't forget to post the pics Merry Christmas mate
Hope your on the bike soon, loved it in Germany when we were touring through there, friendly lot of bikers
We visited the Morgan factory this summer and had a gorgeous time! Great part of the world, you live in... Pics of the new bike will be posted, no doubt!
Hi, I have the same model, good fun and a lot different to my previous Tiger 800 and no less fun. Hope you don't have the recalls or replacement parts etc.
Hello John, no, I asked about the recalls and my bike is not bothered with them. I had a Tiger 800 XC as well 2, or three years ago. A good machine, but I think, I am more a parallel-twin-man Can not wait to pick it up though. Hopefully the weather improves a little
Madhouse makes me feel at home right away. Thanks for the compliment; yes I am German, but I lived in the Commonwealth for a couple of years (Bahamas/Long Island) and added a little colour to my English
I do: A Yamaha XJR1300. Went for a ride a couple of days ago. Thought, the roads were nice and dry but the deeper I ventured into the Hansel & Gretel forests, the more wintery conditions turned out... Looking at the poor bike after my return, it was baked in salt... But that's how you get a little extra quality-time with your motorcycle: cleaning it Rich, I am not connected to any kind of photo-bucket, or platforms like this, to URL a pic and upload it here. But since this is our second exchange, where a pic would be in order, I suggest, that I open an album in the gallery-section... Will post the XJR and my uncle on the Horex Regina. Cheers!
Dan, choose 'Upload a file' button bottom right, browse to the photo on your pc and Bob's your uncle, it will load here, thumbnail or choose full image. We like photos, words are hard work
