    Hi,
    I'm new here
This is me and my Speed '94 arriving at Donington for BSB along with my daughter on her 2010 Street R.This was her first time back on the bike after a big off ,14th July this year, when her previous Street was written off by an 82 year old MIcra driver doing a right turn across a main road into a garden centre.Really proud of her as she had a fractured pelvis and dislocated hip among other things.

A warm welcome to you both.
A big pat on the back to your daughter, showing true spirit and courage, marvelous!
Great picture showing Ribblehead viaduct, I know the area well, great for biking and for knackering yourself out doing the Yorkshire three peaks walk.

Thanks for the welcome from all-and yes Kreiga love the stuff-why buy twice when you can buy something once that works and does what it's supposed to do!

    Welcome,

May I be the first on this thread to congratulate you on your impeccable taste in motorcycles. That model 94R is as close to two wheeled perfection as has ever been achieved.

Not only is it the right bike, it's also in the fastest, sexiest, and best handling colour. Ignore col c. ;)

Glad your daughter is fighting back. Many would call it a day after something like that. Well done her, and well done you for supporting her.

I know that road well. Hopefully this pic will come out ok. It's taken on the same road, but looking out in the other direction.

Mines not the R but I love it and the colour was the clincher-I love Yellow bikes!I've just finished some work on it.Got a brand new stock header off e-bay and my mate who has an engineering company stainless re-welded the cat after I gutted it-together with the scorpion cans and a re-map has made it even nicer to ride, throttle response definitely smoother and so is the engine braking and the sound is awesome.I notice that you'res is called the Wasp mines the Bumble Bee-a little girl at Tesco thought it looked like the bike version of the Transformers car! 20160927_170521.jpg

Welcome guys. Great to hear daughter is up and riding. My young mate (my son's age), who had only had his licence a few weeks and his Street Triple for a week totaled it at night running in to an unlit, unmarked traffic island on a bend on top of a hill. Double fracture of his arm. Was back on his replacement bike 4 weeks and a couple of days later (he's in my avatar 5 weeks after the crash). So gutsy of these young folk. You must be a proud dad.
