Lasersintered Sat Nav Holder for the Tiger 1050 and the Tiger Sport.

    Hello,
At first: excuse my terrible English......
I am Reiner from Germany and owner of a Triumph Tiger 1050 (115 NG ).
It`s a wonderfull Bike and I love the Engine.....
My " Home " Forum is the German Tiger Forum.
I am an CAD Engineer, and my Hobby is to design parts for
my bikes and let produce them with Rapid Prototyping Methods.
This is why i Post here: Maybe the Parts we developed in
the German Forum could also be interesting for the English
    Tiger 1050 Riders ?
We developed different Polyamidholders for SAT Navs, because you could not buy
    really good solutions.
The Material of the Plastic parts is lasersintered Polyamid ( Nylon ).
I have upload the CAD Models to a Rapid Prototyping company who could manufacture that.
This is not commercial !! I earn no money with it! I just spend the 3D Datas for the Project
and give my permission to produce parts with my 3D Models.
The name of the company is shapeways.
They produce the Part just if you buy one. so the delivery time usually needs 10 days,
They just Produce the Plastic Part. screws you must organize self.
We have tested the Concept with Nylonholders even on the Ducati Multistrada, the Ducati Monster,
and on the KTM SDR 1290.
After over 200 produced Parts we can say: It works and we have no Problems with the solidity.
If you are interested I could publish the Links to the Different Holders.
Holders are available for the Garmin ZUMO 660, ZUMO 550, ZUMO 3er Series,
TOM TOM Rider and the TOM TOM 400er Series.
Attached you find some Pictures from the ZUMO 660.

    Many greetings from Germany.
    Reiner
