Today fitted the evotech oil cooler guard, I already had the Triumph rad cover that came with the bike. Good piece of kit. While at it couldn't bear the sight of the dull and stained with oxidation exhaust down pipes. So spent an hour armed with Autosol, kitchen dish sponge and got scrubbing. Pleased with the result. Had to remove the belly pan. Polished the pipes to the cans too, left the cat as that is covered by the belly pan.
Nice effort... will turn gold again on no time... I recommend a regular wipe with oil or wd40 or similar to keep the colour change uniform and also remove grease and finger marks that dull black with heat
Thanks. Yes planning on using chain cleaner which seems to help it keep uniform. The main purpose though was to remove some oxidation and stains.
Quickshifter removed today. On the ride home I missed it a bit (but I'm not going back)! Anyone want a quickshifter which was professionally fitted and professionally removed from a 2016 Triple R with 700 miles on it? Make me an offer... Jack
A fabulous looking motor. I have to wait until September until mine arrives as Triumph have no stock just hoping we still have some summer left
Fitted my Evotech tail tidy today. It's very high quality, fits perfectly and looks good - what more could one ask for?
