Thruxton Ttr Parts Left Over?

    Just changed fok oil and refitted forks, have two rubber grommet type covers as pictured left over one from each side, noticed the second one fall down as I removed right fork seemed to come from top clamp area then found second one on floor at other side.Any ideas where they go? 20250401_141027.jpg

    @James Roe Welcome to the family. To me they look like the centre stand stoppers. or tank inner rubbers for vibration. Sorry not much help. But i am sure one of the wise one will be along shortly.

    Seat and tank not touched and no centre stand. Bike just jacked up and forks removed for lower weight oil change. By the way rides much better now, just got to tweak front preload and compression to suit me over the next few weeks

    I think they are the rubber mountings for the headlamp bracket where it fixes to the bottom yoke
