I would suggest you determine the stock spring rate. Compare it to the suggested spring rate for your use and weight. Most suspension companies have an online rate calculator. They will offer a sag number and air gap. The spring spacer length, oil rate all can play in to sag.

 

I don't know the travel on your forks but don't fixate on millimetres unless that's the figure that equates to 33% of total travel in the forks. "Rider sag" should always be set to 1/3rd travel..

 

I'd simply take it to an independent suspension specialist and get them to set it up specifically for you. Best £100 you'll ever spend.
