    Hello,

I hope I am not putting this post in the wrong place so my apologies in advance if this is the case. I have just registered on this site and want to briefly introduce myself. I have joined because I have just bought a low mileage 2019 Street Tipple RS which I am due to collect early next month.

My bike history goes back a long way, all the way back to the mid 1970s. I started riding a moped and some off road bikes as I spent a lot of time in the country side of South Wales back then but I now live in suburban Southwest London. From 1986 to 2006 I did not own a motorcycle but I would always take any opportunity to ride a friends bike if available.

The 1970s is of course a long time ago and I don't want to bore people with a list of the bikes I owned back then but there were some other insane bikes around at that time which I also rode. Here is a list of the bikes I have owned since 2006 which will probably sound more familiar to you:

    Honda CB900 Hornet (919)
    Triumph Street Triple 675 R
    Honda CB1000 R
    Yamaha MT-10
    Honda VFR 1200
Honda CBR1000 RR (20th Aniv. Fireblade)
    Triumph Street Triple 765 RS

Apart from my MT-10, which was sadly stolen after a short time, I have no experience with modern electronics packages so I expect I will have some questions. Also if anyone has any questions about my past bikes I will be happy to answer!

    Wishing everyone a great weekend!

Greetings, @Paulon, and welcome to the forum! Thanks for the great intro, and you put it in just the right place here. Nice list of bikes you've had over the years. Enjoy that new-to-you Street Triple RS! I have a 2019 Speed Triple RS and love it.

@Paulon Welcome to the family. Do hit the upload a file button bottom right and show us all some of the bikes if you have pictures.

Hi Paulon, welcome. Have a look at Surrey Triumph motorcycle owners club, they try at least 1 organised ride out a week and meet every Thursday at the Stepping Stones pub, near Rykas.

Thanks for the warm welcoming to this site! I'll try and get some pics organised soon and appreciate the tip about the Surrey owners club which is not far away.
    Great - the over 60s exercises :)

Just a quick question: I am not familiar with the website yet and I have searched a little but I did not quite find what I was looking for. Does anyone have experience with Trackers? My dealer quoted £200 for the Datatool and there is £109 yearly subscription on top of that. Does anyone know of a less expensive Tracker options perhaps without subscription?

Would much appreciate your advice and experience. Thanks again Paulon.
