Scrambler 400x, The Stalling Continues

Could someone shed some light on this issue, please?

I bought the bike in second week of October, clocked about 2.5k km so far. The first service was done at 1.5k km. Initially the stalling would occur very rarely. I think the first random stall occurred at 700 or 1000 km, and another much later. I did not bother about it, thinking that the ecu update in the first service would fix the issue (as seen on various forums and YouTube videos). So, I did not even mentioned it to the service center. Later, the bike began to stall frequently, about 3-4 times in a 3 hour continuous ride. Then it would run fine for 2-3 days and then it would begin stalling again.

The stall seems to happen mostly after downshifting to the 2nd gear and at a point where the clutch lever is neither fully released nor fully pulled in. Occasionally it does happen at other gears (down or up shifting), while the clutch lever is at the aforementioned position.

I tried reproducing the issue intentionally but it did not work. The service center was unable to diagnose the problem since it occurs randomly, and it did not occur when I left it with them for 2 days. They had updated the ecu again, cleaned all the contact points, but to no avail.

They asked me to pull the clutch all the way in any time I need to use the clutch, rather than half pull, to see if it solves the problem. That hasn't helped much either, the bike started stalling 2 days later.

The service centre has been quite helpful in this matter, taking feedback from each customer and trying to resolve the issue, rather than turning a blind eye to it.

 

I am able to start the engine after a second or so, without needing to turn the key off.

I'll talk to the service guys about the kill switch, perhaps they might look into it.
