    Hey all,

This was my bike, until a courier driver decided he couldn't see me (twin LED headlights and Roulette Green!!) and wrote my bike off on a round-a-bout. BASTARD, I loved that bike. :(

So, when insurance paid me out, I invested a bit more coin (righto, a LOT MORE) and bought this!

Anyway, needless to say the power difference is MASSIVE! Only had the Speed for 3 days and loving it so far, even with it's few little niggles!

    Cheers all,

    Pat

That bike is awesome Pat ! In a roundabout way that idiot did you a favor. What are the "niggles" mate , as a matter of interest. I can't imagine that bike having any.
    Regards. John.

G'day from another Queenslander! Mine is a 2013 Thruxton 900 EFI. Loving it after 35 years of a BMW.

Quickshifter randomly stops working for a few shifts then comes good again, excessive heat from what I can only assume is the radiator and fan being too close to the headers (bike actually overheated and spewed coolant out all over the place on the way home from work today) and sometimes the dash display doesn't want to respond to button presses. Apart from that, it's stupidly fast and a lot of fun.
