What's up guys and gals... My name is Daniel and I just bought a 2000 Thunderbird 900. My buddy let me borrow his dads bike and I fell in love with it on the ride and bought it. It has a misfire and the starter crapped out on me but my buddy fixed it (the starter). Looking for Paul Messenger's stick coil kit but I can't seem to track him down. But anyway, thanks for all the info that exists in these forums!

    Greetings from Lincolnshire.
I've had my Thunderbird 30 years in May.
    Best bike I've ever had.

@Shark Welcome to the family. Great intro and fab picture. I am sure one of the inmates will be along soon to help out with the info you require. I would suggest world of Triumph or Fowlers as a starting point.

Lovely bike! The bags have a little "cowboy" look to them, don't they? Is that a windscreen or something (black) in the background? I'm not sure that I've ever seen a gold color like that before. Something different from every black bike out there! Enjoy the ride!

The bags came with the bike and are super helpful. It's got a very small windscreen that does more than it looks like that also came with the bike. It's a dark emerald green with a gold color. Very interesting
