Are your bulbs passively cooled - i.e. is that lump at the back just a heat sync? I believe mine have fans in them. I was worried about heat dissipation, but my logic is that on a standard 60/55W bulb, the bulb was pushing out a max of 60W heat and light combined. On a 26W bulb that's pushing out more light, it must be pushing out less than half the heat. So the £400+ plastic Triumph headlight lens should be safe...

I remember reading somewhere that replacing incandescent bulbs with LED can mess with the electrical system. Did you have to change anything else when you upgraded to these bulbs? Does the stock bulb wiring plug work directly with these bulbs or is an adaptor needed? Im asking for a 2015 Commander. Thanks for any info!!
Just joined and noticed this thread, wondering if anyone has a recent link for these leds as all the ones on here are broken? Thanks
