£500 collect from Bristol. Cheaper than a pair of NTR1’s

These purpose built NTR3’s were removed from my 1200 Speed Twin prior to sale.
Unlike the earlier NTR1 shocks these have no interference issues.

Matched pair. The photo shows them outside of the left hand shock and the inside of the right hand one. The right hand one has not lost a sticker!

Hello, I'd be interested in your Nitrons for sale but I have some questions.

Firstly, would you be willing to ship to Dallas, Texas?
Secondly, do you know if they will fit a 2018 T120?
Thirdly, you mention they are purpose built. Can you share with me the specifications to which they were built?

Sorry unwilling to post although for someone a bit closer I might deliver.

    To answer your questions…
The possibility of different spigot length and diameter aside which means they couldn’t be bolted onto the T120, they’re also 2” longer than the T120 shocks.
These were built to order by Nitron for my 1200 Speed Twin, meaning they’re not take-offs from a totally different bike that happen to fit the Speed Twin,

Hi, bit of a long shot but are these still available? If so, what weight were they sprung for and how old are they?
I’m in Hampshire and have Ohlins on my 2017 Thruxton which have started leaking.

    Cheers,

    Ashley

Yes, still have them. These were built Sep ‘20 and from memory have had less than 4000 miles use.
They’ve 16-24N/mm springs fitted which will cope with a wide weight range. Aftermarket Ohlins would usually come with 16-26 springs. Nitron would be table to tell you if these springs are suitable for your weight. These have both high and low speed compression damping which the cheaper

Yes these are still available but collection only, I’ve been burnt once too often by things getting damaged/going missing.

However I may be going up to Cambridge later in the summer.
If I do and you’re willing to collect from there I’ll let you know when and hold off advertising elsewhere

Many thanks for getting back to me. I totally understand about the postage, I too have been bitten in the past and I am acutely aware that this is my first post on this site). Cambridge would definitely be doable but I wouldn't want you to miss out on a sale in between (just in case I am away when you are up this way). Don't take them off sale (I am a firm believer in fate so if it is meant to be it is meant to be).

    Thanks again

    Andy

Hi, I am very interested in the shocks and live just over the bridge in Newport, I have a 2022 ST and assume they will fit, please can you let me know the length (centre to centre) just to be sure.
    Many thanks, Gareth

Hi, they’re length adjustable and have been extended from the original length of 385mm out to 390mm. I think they’ll extend a further 5mm to 395 or go back to 385 if required.

That’s perfect, I’ll take them. I can collect Wednesday evening or Sunday morning if either work for you?
