    Hello
I have a 2006 Bonneville T100 (865cc) carb model. It has a side stand but no centre stand and is taking up a lot of floor width in my very tight for space garage. I find with my other bikes which have centre stands, that I am able to park them up on a smooth board and push them tight up to the side walls. This has enabled me to have a bit of space in the middle of garage for working on my bikes. I have contacted Triumph today about a centre stand but they said they are not available for a bike of this age. Can anyone point me towards a centre stand please. I’d prefer to use a genuine Triumph one having had another bike which I fitted an aftermarket centre stand on , only to find it was very unstable. Thanks

They were available as an extra when the bike was new so it looks as if your only alternatives are eBay for a secondhand one or go to an aftermarket supplier.
www.normanhyde.co.uk lists them at £212 (on the accessories tab for Hinckley Bonnevilles)
A centre stand is invaluable and Norman Hyde items are generally of good quality

Thank you very much for your response Samsgrandad- I’ll look into the Norman Hyde stand. It is reassuring to hear they are generally of good quality.

TEC Bike Parts used to do them. Quality won't be Norman Hyde, but neither will the price....

Thanks for message MightyBoosh. I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has fitted a Norman Hyde centre stand on T100 carb model - how installation went, did they have to do any tweaks, was the bike stable on the stand etc. I’m going to contact NH to find out more.

I think New Bonneville also do a stand that is a good replacement and close to the OEM one. Joe

Hello Samsgrandad - the centrestand arrived today from Norman Hyde. Easy to install and is very solid on the bike and in use. It looks like this is going to be a game changer for me. Thanks.
