Has anyone got any opinions and experiences of using Triumph Newcastle........ the good and the bad (if any).

I'm think about buying a new Triumph and would welcome any feed about using this dealer.

    Many thanks!

i bought mine through Triumph Newcastle and found them to be good to deal with .one small issue was sorted promptly . i bought a used speed twin and part of the deal was new tyres when the van turned up it still had the worn but still legal originals on . the van driver apologized took the bike away but returned a couple of hours later with the new tyres fitted . i would use them again no worries

A year old thread, but I used Triumph Newcastle for the first time last October when they serviced my new (to me) Rocket 3 GT.
Excellent dealership. Professional, thorough and courteous. They gave me a loan bike, completed the service promptly, fixed a couple of minor issues I wasn't aware of and even had the bike washed and polished on my return.

I'm very glad I have such a good dealership on the doorstep.
I notice their used bike prices are very competitive too. Recommended.
