Have a look at Ridehide, which are about the best I’ve tried to date. Not sure you’ll get 5 years out of it, though.

 

No love for the Triumph cover on a Triumph forum?!! I previously had a Honda-brnaded cover for my 2016 NC700X DCT. My bike is outdoors from Easter to Thanksgiving-ish, before hibernating in a neighbours garage for the winter. It will see lots of rain, sun, and usually a little snow (reluctant to put the bike away for the winter, and sometimes a little eager to get her back out!!). That cover was about $100 and I was very happy with it, kept my bike dry without issues, and for the first 5 years no hole or problems, just fading and cosmetic wear. Year 6 some of the tape started to come off some of the seams and a few pin holes started to appear (stupid cats!!).

I lost the bike to a car attack and have recently replaced it with the TS660. I bought the Triumph cover after checking it out at the store. A bit more expensive at > $100, however it was also heavier, much better lined (nice soft areas on the underside to protect bodywork), stronger/thicker material, very good bottom hem that will hold up to touching the ground, good "breathable" sections to allow air flow, and came with a nice bag that doubles as a pannier bag now!!

I've only just got it so I can't yet speak to it's longevity but it seems a lot better in every way than the Honda cover which has been relegated to garage cover for my daughters PCX150.

It's a bit more expensive, but so easy to get the bike in and out of, lockable, and as it doesn't touch the bike can't scratch and reduces moisture retention.
