    Morning all
Just wondering if anyone with US V&H pipes fitted on a T120 could tell me whether it’s an easy job to remove the baffles?
    Cheers

This was most definitely not an easy job.
Eventually got one circlip out and it sprung past my head with such force that it prompted me to put some safety specs on. The other ones ‘little welded tab’ wouldn’t come off at all. In the end I attacked it with pliers but ended up snapping one of the circlip eyes off, leaving me with even more of a problem to get it out. Once circlip free, one of the baffles refused to move at all and had to be knocked out from the other end of the exhaust which was awkward in the extreme.
Still, they’re all done now and will hopefully be fitted into the bike before next weekend.

Did the dealer have to do any kind of ECU reflash once the cat was out❓ Just out of interest, as it’s something I might consider in the future, which brand of X pipe did you use and how do you find it❓

Cheers for that Gaza. I’ve seen the YouTube vids :scream: and you’re right, they’re not for the faint hearted, but one day maybe if I’m feeling brave........ ;)

Hello folks. I’m wanting an x-pipe done On my EU corked V&H’s and my bike is in for its 1st service tomorrow. I’ll ask cost/hours for fitting and post up.

After mucho (pages and pages and pages ) of research on this here forum and others I will be going for the TEC xpipe.

Hour and a half fitting approx. as quoted by dealer today. Sounds about right with Gazzas one.

And here’s the bike with the finished product attached.
Man alive, does it sound good or what
I don’t know what the ‘standard’ V&H is like but I’d say if possible, try and get yourself a pair of these US ones and whip the bungs out - it’s well worth it

Or you could go with Norman Hyde Toga's which look exactly like the original Bonnie's pipes, you can get to the adjusters easily and they come without baffles. £469 for the T120.

I have a 2018 T120 and was wondering what the part numbers were for your Vance and Hines mufflers. I found a set locally that came off of a T100 and wondered if they would fit my T120 as they appear unavailable anymore new. The guy says the part numbers are A9600669 and A9600668. Any help would be appreciated.
