Tiger panniers and exhaust

Hi all
I got some triumph panniers with my Tiger 955i they came unfitted, I have offered the rail assembly up to the bike but the only place I can see them fitting is in the slots in the plastic rear under carriage Thing,
A is doesn't seem strong enough
B the brackets are to wide for this flimsy plastic ?? Very confused
Bike is a 2006 model,
Also I have do e up the clamp from the silencer to the up pipe it is hard to get the silencer not to move at the joint.
Help. Please

 

the above panners look the same as mine (Triumph colour coded ones) rounded style for the 955 not the 1050 ones

Luggage now fitted and some crash bars, left hand crash bar is too close to the tank, can't see how to adjust this at the moment, it's going in for a tune up next week the mechanic can have a look when he takes the tank off.
went for a spin down to Beachy head today, getting back into the feel of riding again,
