Good choice. The last year for the Vs before the Es. Push overs without a balance pipe rather than the push ins, along with peashooters. Some nice tidy work done to that. Rather lovely choice in fact.
Bike was completely rebuilt from bottom up, rims, spokes, suspension, engine rebuild and all black parts powder coated. Only managed out short ride due to weather, but diff from day and night compared to my BSA Lightning, this thing pulls like a train
Yep, really nice to ride when you have a good one. Exhaust headers originally pushed into the cylinder head and were held in by a balancing crossover pipe. They were/are a pain to get out and in and had a habit of wearing the head openings oval. The finned clip against the head was just for show and didn't actually hold anything. T120s had push over headers that pushed over an insert screwed into the head. The later T140s reverted back to this better design.
