Yes, it would be a bit tough to complain about a free operation that would have cost $90K. But I hope that you get back on the schedule soon so you can be over and done with it.

100%, I've just taken my bike back out of storage at my wife's aunts house as we were also due to be moving and once I'm sliced and diced I can't ride or drive for 2 months. Hopefully we can make the DGR next weekend, helmet is painted too. 20220512_180752.jpg 20220512_180801.jpg

Hope it works out for you to do the DGR, Pat. Thanks for including the photos of the now-painted helmet. It looks good!

I'm doing the West London DGR. It will be my 3rd time. The first was on a Thruxton and the rest on my 2019 Speed Twin.

Great cause and a great day out.

As mentioned in the other DGR thread, I will be riding my first one this year. Looking forward to it! Weather conditions are looking good, although still over a week, so I won't have my hopes up too high.

I think you need to register to see the route.

Is anyone else doing the West Sussex ride?

3rd time for me, there's something special about riding slow with 200+ other bikes and the noise!

I’ll be in the next county on the Solent Ride starting in Southampton. Where does the West Sussex Ride start just out of interest?

It starts at Shoreham and ends along the coast at Chichester.
