Spent the winter months in my home gym and on a strict diet... Doctor said my blood pressure was trying to kill me so I had to sort myself out.

First result - five and a half stone weight loss and I'm much fitter with perfect blood pressure...

Second result - I now have a 30 inch waist and a forty inch chest and even my helmet size has dropped from XL to L.

My bike gear doesn't fit me anymore, so:

SOLD... Brand new AGV Legends helmet size XL in silver, bought it back end of last year to use this year so it's never been worn.

SOLD RST Evo textile jacket size 2XL, bought last year and worn 6 times, shoulder, elbow and back armour, removable liner, excellent condition.

SOLD RST textile trousers size 2XL short leg, I'm a 32 leg and they fit me, removeable liner, knee armour, excellent condition. They zip to the RST jacket above, these are a bit older but still excellent condition.

SOLD Bering 3 quarter length textile jacket size 2XL, bought last year and worn 5 times, shoulder and elbow armour with a pocket for back armour, removeable liner, kept me dry all the way back from Devils Bridge in the bucketing rain, excellent condition.

SOLD Tuzo leather jacket, a smallish size 3XL, shoulder and elbow armour with a pocket for back armour, I bust the zip puller so I clagged a keyring on it, works fine. This is a bit older but it's good thick leather with a removeable liner but not a jacket for the cold days, great in summer though.

Good for you for losing all that weight and getting fitter, @Chainbiter. That's awesome. I hope you have success selling your gear...and that you have fun buying new gear for the "new" you!

Thanks all, I certainly feel different. Just had the Bonnie out for her first run this year and even dropped the rear shocks by two clicks.

Win win, apart from having to fork out for new clothes...
