Hi called a dealer to get an idea of what value to sell my old bmw 1200 gsa, I’ve got prostate cancer and the old girl was heavy etc etc but the shop said we have the bike for you a tiger 800 acx I thought “ see Rome and die moment” so there you are we will see. Only been for short run but after the old bmw which now after riding the tiger seems agricultural, hey maybe that’s too hard.
Jon Thorburn Welcome to the family. Sorry to hear of your woes. Do hit the upload a file of the bikes for the inmates to ogle over and enjoy the new machine. Joe.
Here is a photo of my little bike, well after my 1200 gsa it does seem little. I’ve ordered some top bars £144 from eBay as I’m sure as little green apples I’ll drop her I’ve moved the turn lights beside the head lights and put a small repeater in the original mounting recess. I’m going to use Lomo panniers as the bike came with pannier frames no top box I’m going to use a hold-all guys I got a wonderful dream but after seeing those brave folks in Ukraine I'm feeling should I feel this with what they are going through.
Thanks for all your kind wishes, and guys get your psa checked and keep riding, girls as well ( not psa checked though)

Hi John and welcome, hope all goes well for you and enjoy your Tiger. There's a few GS/A owners on here, I'm sure they'll introduce themselves and exchange ditch pump tales with you.
